- Right to receive continuous care for illness.
- Right to be treated in comfort during illness and follow-up.
- Right to complain, expect rectification of grievances, and obtain compensation for medical injuries or negligence.
Patient Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information about present health, past illnesses, allergies, and other relevant details.
- Follow the prescribed and agreed treatment plan and comply with instructions given.
- Respect the rights of other patients and hospital staff by following hospital rules.
- Keep appointments or inform the hospital in advance if unable to attend.
- Do not ask the hospital to provide incorrect information or certification.
- Do not litter the hospital premises.
- Use garbage bins properly.
- Keep toilets clean after use.
- Do not smoke or spit inside the hospital premises.
- Support the hospital in maintaining a clean environment.
- Wait patiently for your turn.
- Maintain silence within hospital premises.
- Do not bring children below 10 years as visitors.
